Performance booths offer both culinary experiences and entertainment through on-site cooking, menu presentation, and customer participation. Chef consulting booths focus on developing dishes using Tongyeong’s signature foods in collaboration with renowned chefs. The festival uses Tongyeong’s sea and cuisine as local cultural content and provides opportunities for local brands and producers to meet visitors. It also aims to link promotional activities, content, and brand achievements before and after the festival, ensuring that the event serves not merely as a one-time occasion but as a platform connecting Tongyeong’s tourism and local brands.
